Agnideep – Refund & Return Policy
At Agnideep, we take great care in preparing and packing our havan samagri to ensure purity, freshness, and safety. If you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement only if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

You raise the request within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery
Consumable spiritual items like havan samagri cannot be returned for change of mind, personal preference, or fragrance issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and purity reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Opened or used havan samagri

Items without original packaging

Products damaged due to customer handling

Free items or promotional products

4. Refunds
After inspection and approval of the returned product:

Refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days

Refund will be processed to the original payment method

If a replacement is requested, we will ship it to you after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
If the order returns due to an incorrect address or repeated delivery failure:

Shipping charges will be deducted

Refund (if applicable) will be processed only after the product is safely returned to us
